Custom business website
Built around your services, customers and goals instead of forcing your business into a generic layout.
Booking sites · AI assistants · Automation for U.S. local businesses
A normal website gives someone your phone number and hopes they call. The business down the street isn’t waiting for that call.
Not another tool to manage
A properly trained AI assistant can talk a customer through the right service, help them request an available time, and send you the details the moment it happens: who, what, when.
I don’t bolt AI onto your website and hand you another tool to manage. I build it around how your business actually works and keep refining it until it runs the way you’d want to run it yourself.
Who you work with
I’ve spent the last four years working on the technical side of websites for businesses like yours. I’ve worked on more than 300 projects, and a lot of that work has been for U.S. businesses. Much of it was done through my regular job, so I can’t publish every client name here.
If you work with me, you deal with me directly. You don’t get passed around between different people and you don’t have to explain the same thing again and again.
I’m not trying to sell you a website just because every business is supposed to have one. A website by itself is not the main value anymore. What matters is what happens when a customer actually lands on it.
“The website is only the front end. The real value is making it useful enough to handle part of the work for you.”
What I build
I build websites around the way your business actually works. That can mean a simple local service site, a large multi-page website, online booking, payments, AI support, or a combination of all of them.
Built around your services, customers and goals instead of forcing your business into a generic layout.
For businesses with a large number of services, locations, products or content that need a clear structure across 100 pages or more.
For businesses that want something more visual and memorable than a standard website.
Built so customers can understand the service, choose what they need and request or book a time without going back and forth by phone.
Customers can choose a service, provide the information you need and book from the available times you set.
AI can answer common questions, understand what a visitor is looking for, collect the right details and bring you in when a real person is needed.
I can move the website, set up the hosting, point the domain, handle backups and make sure everything is working properly after the move.
Set up a simple way for customers to pay invoices, deposits or service charges online.
Stripe, Square, PayPal, ACH and similar payment options can be connected and configured around the way your business takes payment.
And once the website is live, I can keep working on the parts that make it easier to run your business and handle more enquiries.

Do the math
Move the sliders to match your business. Most owners are surprised how few jobs it takes to pay for a website that answers when they can’t.
An after-hours call, a form nobody answered until morning, a question that sent someone to a competitor. They all count.
won job a month pays for the plan.
Estimate for illustration only. Your real numbers depend on your market, pricing and follow-up.
Fixes & automation
Forms stop working, pages get slow, content goes out of date, SEO settings are missed, and staff end up answering the same questions again and again. These are the smaller things I can keep fixing and improving over time.
Clean up product, staff or service photos so they look better on the site without needing a full photoshoot.
If enquiries are not coming through properly, I can trace the problem and get the form working again.
I can check what is slowing the site down and improve the parts that are causing unnecessary delays.
Fix missing or poorly configured basics so your pages are set up properly for local search.
If one part of the site looks dated or is not working well, I can improve that section without rebuilding everything.
Add a new service, location, offer or page without turning it into a big development project.
Selected small fixes can start from $1 for new clients, depending on the task.
Set up around your services so it can answer common questions and guide visitors when you are not available.
Collect the details you actually need before the enquiry reaches you, instead of starting every conversation from zero.
Automate repetitive work such as reminders, follow-ups, enquiry routing and parts of the booking process.
Small updates, maintenance, health checks and routine changes can be handled without you having to manage the technical side.
Reusable visuals that match your website and make it easier to keep your business looking consistent online.
If you want to manage basic updates yourself, I can show you how. You do not have to depend on me for every small change.
I can stay involved after launch, handle the technical work that keeps coming up, and keep improving the parts that save you time or make it easier for customers to take the next step.
Sample builds
Sample sites I built to show what’s possible: real booking flows, calculators and interactive tools. Business names are made up. Client work stays private.
Why owners stay
I try to keep things simple. You know who is doing the work, what you are paying for, what you own, and what happens after the site goes live.
Send me a theme or a website you like and I can create an original design using that direction, adapted to your business and content.
If the managed plan suits you better, you can start without a large website build fee and pay through a monthly plan instead.
You speak to the person doing the work, so there is less back and forth and less chance of things getting lost between different people.
A small fix should not be priced like a full project. I look at the size of the job, the difficulty and the deadline before giving you a price.
You can keep and manage your own domain, or I can help manage it for you if that is easier.
If you choose the managed plan, I can take care of the hosting setup, maintenance and the technical work around it.
Backups can be provided during the relationship and again if the managed service ends, so you are not left without a copy of your site.
Once the scope, content and access are confirmed, we agree on a realistic delivery date. If I miss that date because of a mistake on my side, you can claim 30% off the project.
Pricing
Some clients want the website built and handed over. Others would rather have me keep looking after it. Both are fine. We can choose the setup that makes the most sense for your business.
I build the site, hand everything over, and you take it from there.
QuotedOne-time build, priced on the work
You own the site, but I stay available when you need technical help.
QuotedBuild, plus help when you need it
You run the business. I look after the website and the technical side.
$30per month, from. Depending on the project
I don’t use one price for every job. I look at what actually needs to be done and price it from there.
If something needs to be done urgently, it may cost more. If the timing is flexible, I have more room to keep the cost down.
A single landing page and a website with 100 pages are completely different amounts of work.
A normal website setup is different from custom booking, payment, automation or AI work.
I also keep you updated while I work, so you know what is done, what I am working on now, and what is still left.
Previous work
Much of my professional work was completed for clients through other companies, and the websites, client names and project details belong to them. I still want you to see the kind of work and industries I’ve been involved with, so I’ve kept the identifying details private.
If you want to understand my experience in a business similar to yours, ask me. Where I’m allowed to, I can explain the kind of work I’ve done without exposing somebody else’s private project. Ask me →
You won't see the whole site for the first time at the end. I show you the direction while I am building it, so if something feels wrong we can correct it early. That is a lot cheaper and easier than rebuilding everything after launch.
Yes. Your domain and your business content stay yours. If the website is being handed over to you, you also receive the access and files you need to keep using it without me.
It depends on what you need. A small business site can move quickly. A larger site, custom booking system or AI setup takes longer. Before I start, I will give you a realistic timeline so you know what to expect.
There is no long-term contract or minimum term. If you decide to stop, I will tell you clearly what needs to be transferred and provide the agreed website backup so you are not left guessing what happens next.
Not necessarily. If the existing site can be fixed, improving it may make more sense than paying for a full rebuild. Send me the URL and I can tell you whether I think it is worth fixing or starting again.
Yes. If you want to handle simple updates yourself, I can show you how. You should not have to pay me every time you want to change a phone number, photo or paragraph.
I would not tell you that a website or AI will magically create customers. The goal is to remove friction. Make it easier for people to understand what you do, contact you, book, pay or get an answer without waiting. If there is no clear business reason for a feature, I would rather not make you pay for it.
That is fine. You do not need to turn every problem into a full project. If the issue is small, I can price it as a small job and you can decide later if you want me to do anything else.
Contact
This takes about two minutes. Give me the basics and I will read it myself, look at what you already have if there is a website, and reply with what I think makes sense.
